Lou and I looked at over forty houses before we made our choice. Our first priority was location, location, location. Our house is only three and a half miles to Disney and close to everything. The great thing though is we are on a cul-d-sac and the street is so quiet I have seen people sunbath on the front lawns! We wanted large bedrooms and a nice open floorplan with soaring ceilings. One thing I learned from renting other homes is that a lot of pools look onto each other so you get a fish bowl effect - you feel like you are on display. Our home is landscaped so the pool is very private.
