my husband and I are Snowbirds, who winter in Cancun,Mexico, and have a rental unit on the bottom level of our house, kind of a duplex. We are friendly outgoing people, who are happy to help travelers in a new environment, and advise them as to sights to see, places to go and things to do! Because we are close by, we can meet any needs our guests have, and answer any questions that may come up.
