I live and work in Miami Beach for the last 25 years. I bought the house in Marco Island in 1996 and have been going to Marco and renting it since then. I deal with our guests directly from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. My house is nicely furnished (not the typical rental house) and have all the amenities of home!
