My wife Jill and I live in Houston, Texas, where we work fulltime. Periodically we visit our second home throughout the year for a week at a time. We will rent it out for a month at a time, and consider tenants as our guests, and hope they feel the same way. We will rent only to 2 people at a time, although they may have 2 guests visit them for short periods. The photos are not ideal, and we may try to get better images.
