I am 45 years old living in Split, Croatia. I live right near property that i rent out. I take pride in my properties and I'm responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local,( my family has been living here for more than 700 years ) we deal with our guests directly - from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home.
