My wife, Charlotte and I, in our sixties have owned Sole Bay Cottage since 1997. We had it totally refurbished and stay there often. We have equipped it to a high standard, keep it decorated and functioning and are proud to have a house in one of Southwold`s most prestigious locations. The house is cosy in winter, airy in summer, bright and beautifully looked after by Lulu, our housekeeper/cleaner. We, and Lulu are available as a result of a phone call and Derek, landlord of the pub next door is available for immediate help and knows everyone and everything local.
