From New York to Puerto Rico. I came to Puerto Rico when my ex and I bought a hotel, and I ran Hotel Casa Grande as the manager and chef from 1996 to 2000, and stayed on after I left the hotel, because it's so beautiful here. Peaceful and lush, the mountain weather is perfect and I love living on the river.
I love animals, and so with with my own three Paso Finos, three dogs, one goat and three cats, I have also rescued many horses and dogs. Some of my rescues, both equine and dogs, have gone up to the US with ,my guests. How good is that.

The cottage was built for visiting friends, and welcoming people and seeing them immerse in nature and some of the great adventures here is a lot of fun. I run my jungle lodge almost as though it were a B&B -- I like to provide fresh fruit and juice, to check on my guests to make sure they're enjoying themselves and that they've got what they want. Guest interaction depends on the wishes of my guests, too.

I'm very happy to share this lovely place.
