My wife and I recently purchased this property and were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as well as many other family attractions such as miniature golf, ice cream stores, upscale restaurants as well as you average pizza shop. We also wanted a newer building with large rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, with plenty of family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group. Our hope was to create an environment where wonderful amily memories can be made.
