Dedicated to managing quality properties along the beautiful stretch of pristine, sun-drenched Gulf Coast of Destin Florida, they have provided thousands of visitors with exciting and memorable vacations in Destin for over 20 years!
Newman-Dailey has a full-service Real Estate Division, licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulations, with extremely knowledgeable and friendly agents. They were even voted Best Vacation Rental Company on the Emerald Coast in both 2007 and 2008 by readers of Emerald Coast Magazine!
Jeanne Dailey co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. in Destin Florida in 1985, and became sole owner of the growing company in 1988. She has since led Newman-Dailey to become one of the most successful companies along Florida’s Emerald Coast, specializing in resort real estate services – from vacation rentals and property management to association management and real estate sales.
Newman-Dailey also has a fully-staffed Association Management Division, which currently manages 22 associations (with a total of over 1,000 individually-owned units).
