Jeanne Dailey co-founded Newman-Dailey Resort Properties, Inc. in Destin Florida in 1985, and became sole owner of the growing company in 1988. She has since led Newman-Dailey to become one of the most successful companies along Florida’s Emerald Coast, specializing in resort real estate services – from vacation rentals and property management to association management and real estate sales.

Newman-Dailey also has a fully-staffed Association Management Division, which currently manages 22 associations (with a total of over 1,000 individually-owned units).
