Ted Mooney

Born in Ireland, I worked around the world as an engineer and retired to the Algarve in 2003 where I now have some several holiday rental properties to supplement my retirement income. I speak English, German, French and bad Portuguese. I spend about 50% of my time nowadays volunteering, mainly in Uganda where I have spent almost four years since retiring. When I'm not in Uganda I try to spend the summer in Ireland and the winter in Portugal. I am fortunate to have a good team to take care of my properties in my absence.
