We left the U.K. 8 years ago to set up a unique holiday business. We found a large villa overlooking the sea, close to the (Specifically non-touristy) town of Estepona.
The location was also perfect for visiting famous & historic places including Seville; Malaga; Ronda; Marbella; Cadiz; Jerez and Cordoba.
We spent a year transforming the villa into 4 unique apartments. We live in one and ensure the smooth running of the business and we have 3 others - a large 1 bed; a standard 2 bed/2 shower & a huge 2 bed 1 bath/1 shower, large floral garden & a pool HEATED Oct 1 - Apr 30.
We have tried to include everything in the apartments to give a real "Home-away-from-home" feel.
In 2008, over 65% of bookings were to returning clients.
