I am a natural born homemaker and hostess, and have traveled the world in search of art, with a passion for reuse, restore and recycling. I love my home and gardens, and hope you will enjoy spending a little time in them also.
I am a foodie who enjoys trying new recipes and am happy to share when I can. I write a food/drink column for examiner.com at http://www.examiner.com/food-in-tampa-bay/kim-bass, and in 2010 started making and marketing my Grandmother's organic, no salt spice blend at www.BilleesEssence.com.
I work with a not for profit that teaches adults afraid in water to gain comfort and control, I am a writer, disaster preparedness/ business continuity planner, an artist of recycled vinyl, and an advocate for women's and HIV/AIDS issues. I am published by Crown Books in : Female Nomad & Friends: Tales of Breaking Free & Breaking Bread Around the World. All author royalties from the book fund educational scholarships to kids from the slums in New Delhi. http://www.randomhouse.com/catalog/display.pperl?isbn=9780307588012

This place is close to airport, theaters and downtown Sarasota. It is cozy and perfect for vacationing couple. The Roman shower is amazing... but nothing can top the host hospitality in making sure you are comfortable and who greet you with a bottle of wine and goodies.
Thank you Kim.
