My wife and I own two rental properties - an apartment in Florence, Italy, and a Victorian "cottage" in Cape May, NJ.
Both have been family homes for generations, and we take great pride in both.
Both are furnished with good, but not delicate antiques appropriate to the time and style of the buildings.
Both are elegant, comfortable, and beautifully located. Both have lovely views over water.
In both, we have very helpful people to take care of the places and the tenants' needs.
We have had many repeat tenants in both places.
I am happy to answer any and all questions and to do anything I can to help.

All the main sightseeing areas are within walking distance. The landlord was waiting for us … See more
