I am very keen on providing excellent customer service, this is shown in the lodge by writing my own manuals for the functionality of the electrical products in order for guests to come in and relax with a fairtrade tea or coffee and buscuits (provided).
I have included extra items for babies, toddlers and teenagers.
The linen is all high quality egyptian cotton and the equipment in the kitchen is from the best brands, ie Neff.
The lodge will always be extremly clean and inviting with a log fire and gas always available for the BBQ on the deck.
