Ric and Alison are teachers in Hong Kong, Neil is an Events organiser and lives Glasgow UK. Neil owns the Sunbeach Hotel in Hikkaduwa and together we own White Houses 1 and 2. We have a manager, Chaminda, in Sri Lanka who oversees the Hotel and Villas. We regularly visit our properties to ensure that standards are maintained and deal with guests directly to ensure that their needs are met and their stay is relaxing.
