We have chosen to have a home here in AVIARA, Carlsbad, for it's prestigious location, beautiful beaches and Five Star Resorts, AND for the FANTASTIC year round weather. Where else in the world can you swim in the ocean and drive up to the mountains to snow ski the same day! Aviara, Carlsbad offers us the PERFECT location to enjoy an amazing lifestyle. Surrounded by nature walks and golf courses, the Pacific Ocean is only moments away. We can walk to the library, post office, Movie Theater, Batiquitos Lagoon, and The New Park Hyatt Aviara Resort and Spa. Palomar Airport, serviced by United, is only 5 minutes away!
