I am Canadian and moved to Buenos Aires in 2007, where I lived for three years. I decided to buy the loft in September 2007 druing Palermo Soho's transformation. I spent the better part of 2008 with the renovations, which have proven to be worth the effort. I no longer live in Buenos Aires permanently, but its magnetism usually draws me in a couple times a year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this loft apartment. It's very well equipped and has a cool rooftop deck. And the owner and local management are very friendly and attentive. The neighborhood has a lot of good restaurants, shops etc. but is out of the hustle-bustle of the more touristy areas.
