Since the Air Force assigned me to South Dakota in the late 80's, I have loved the Black Hills. The are always open and accessible (public land), safe (no bears), and the people here are so very friendly and welcoming. They appreciate visitors. The northern 'hills' are especially beautiful and have so much history and fun things to do. I very much enjoy my stays at Mountain Crest. I take great interest in making sure my visitors are able to enjoy and appreciate it as much as I do.
