We really are 5 stars. Check out the wonderful reviews. We are accidental vacation homeowners. An RN and a welder, who would would have thought! We have had a vacation rental for 3 years. This penthouse condo is so beautiful we just had to have it. Dockside Green is an environmentally friendly (LEED Platinum) community. It is built with allergy free sustainable resources. We love having a vacation rental and enjoy meeting people from all over the world who appreciate a wonderful place to stay.
The Galloping Goose trail is at the door inviting you to walk downtown. If you go the other direction you will quickly be in a beautiful community with houses built in 1800s, early 1900s. There are kayak and bicycle rentals near by. Go further and cross the upper inner harbour on the Selkirk Trestle to extend you walk to The Gorge area of Victoria.
