At Midgett Realty, we share the proud history and heritage of this island, home to the Midgett family for centuries. We are the company with sturdy island roots and a trained staff to assist you whether you want to come to the island for a vacation or relocate for a lifetime. Serving Hatteras Island on the Outer Banks of North Carolina has been a family tradition for over a century. In the '60's two brothers named Midgett started a real estate company, and today, their children, grandchildren and the other staff of Midgett Realty offer almost 600 vacation cottages and condos for rent.
