Dalyan is our most favourite place in the world, so to have the opportunity to build and own Zeytin Koru and Villa Orkide are all our dreams come true. We have notched up 37 visits to date.

Our most prized possessions have changed our lives for which we have been delighted to share with our guests. We have had 7 seasons of happy renters, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries. Our experience in renting Zeytin Koru proved so successful that we decided to invest in a smaller 2 bed luxury villa Orkide in 2007, with a view to spending time in Dalyan when we come to our retirement. Next year we will celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary on our 40th visit to Dalyan.

We offer a hands on approach to enquirers and renters alike, we will help you every step of the way and provide plenty of information about the villa to help you prepare for your stay. Just let us know if you prefer hands off.
