We own 2 units in a small complex. We bought this property in 2008 after buying our first unit in 2004. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. We manage and clean the units ourselves. It is a family business. Since we are local we deal with our guests personally. We are flexible with check-in and check-outs.
