Kathleen Brooks

Randy and Kate Brooks first visited Costa Rica in 1994 with their children. They fell in love with the country and decided to make it their winter residence in their retirement. We have traveled within the country and have good information about most of the areas to pass on to our clients. Costa Rica is a beautiful country to visit with much to do. The Costa Ricans, Ticos, are very friendly and have much tolerance for tourism. They love when you try to speak their language and fit in with their lifestyle. They are most helpful and proud of their country. This was very important for our family and that is most of the reason we call it home in the winter months. We live in the lower suite of Brooks Hacienda during those months and are there for knowledge and assistance for our guests. We built the house with the assistance of a wonderful contractor who understood what we required for quality. We built the house for families and anyone who enjoys a home away from home.
