It is important to us that you feel relaxed and enjoy the house and gardens, but secondly have the privacy of your own ensuite room that is spacious enough for you to really enjoy.
La Vieille ferme is run by ourselves (Su and Peter Stevens) and we live in an apartment within the house with our two children. We moved here in June 2009 from just outside of London and we bring with us over 25 years of experience within the Hospitality Industry. Peter started his chef training in a five star hotel "The Hyatt Charlton Tower Knightsbridge" under the French Executive Chef Bernard Gome where he learnt how much passion and importance the French give their food. He has taken this with him throughout his career but although classically trained through other influences. We would describe our food as Eclectic European
