My husband and I live in Calgary Ab Canada and bought this condo as our future retirement home in the warm desert. We will be renting it out until we retire. I am a teacher and can only visit Palm Desert occasionally. My parents live nearby in Palm Desert and help look after it for us. We have a great housekeeper and handiman for when the need arises.
