My husband and I are in our fifties and manage our properties ourselves. We live close to our two units and are responsive to any problems our tenants may experience whilst staying in our units. We take pride in our properties and they are maintained regularly as we clean them ourselves. We like to create a home away from home feel and provide touches to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home.
