I am a 4th generation native of Eureka Springs and have been in the tourism industry all of my life. I own a local tour business as well as some local e-commerce websites. I have been helping people with reservations for lodging, shows, meals, spa packages, etc. for many years. So, a few years ago my wife, Laurie, and I, decided to buy our own nightly rental property, which we did. Over the past 5 years we've had hundreds of guests and they have all loved our bungalow. Though we don't get to meet all our guests personally, we are always just a phone call away. We love to help plan entire vacation packages, because we know the best places to eat, things to see and do, spa packages to do, etc. We take care of everything and simply add it to the total bill. We then have the tickets and/or vouchers waiting when you check in!
