James Allison and Ann Watson

I am a pediatrician and Ann is a lawyer. In 2008 we wanted to trade a rental property in Houston for something similar elsewhere. When we saw this house it was love at first sight! We made the trade, spent three months furnishing the house, and accepted our first rental in December, to the widow of the man whose family owned the house from 1915 on. Since then we have enjoyed renting Harris Park Guest House. Many of our patrons sense the same magic we did in staying here.
