My family has lived in Santa Cruz for 3 generations. We have admired this property for a long time, driving by it daily. It had been owned by the same family for the past 65 years. We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!
