My commitment to service and unique experiences comes from my life and career.
Following service in the US Navy, I enjoyed a management and fundraising career in the performing arts on New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Washington, DC and San Diego/La Jolla. Work included landmark organizations The Guthrie Theatre, The New York City Center Joffrey Ballet, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Cincinnati Ballet Company, the Shakespeare Theater Co, Pennsylvania Ballet, La Jolla Playhouse & DanceAspen. This combination of management and the arts made me curious about history, art, and people. Most important comfortable with the new.
I've been a sailor since turning a teenager, and armed with my Naval service as a navigator our family spent a year sailing all of the Great Lakes and the route of Columbus 500 years later.
Returning guests compare me to concierges around the world, I knows the ins and outs of traveling. If you were to examine my various passports my entry/exit stamp include Iceland, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Austria, Germany, Belarus, Bulgaria, Greece (Crete, Rhodes, Pireus, Thesalaniki), Bermuda, the Virgin Islands, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Haiti, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Canada and Cuba. With retirement I hiked in over 100 Florida State or County parks and preserves. With his eclectic worldly and local Florida knowledge, he assures you a unique experience.
