We were looking for value and character and found it. Great location (one block from the beach, on the strip and near the pier), newly renovated rooms, friendliest staff, and charm. The kitchen had just enough of everything for the 4 of us. We brought chairs but were offered beach chairs (no charge!) if we needed them. Staff was great with emails and updates. Perfect weekend getaway. This … See more

The kids knew ahead of time that we were looking for an affordable place close to the beach. There was no view and we were fine with that we were only home to eat and sleep. The beach was so close you could walk back to the Hideaway to grab lunch without missing much sun. We always felt… See more

I'll start by saying the only thing I liked about staying at this location was it was so close to the beach and pier 60. Quiet part of street so that was nice. When making reservation by phone i pre-arranged few things like i needed an air mattress as i have family of 5 and extra linens,I also told alan I would be arriving late around 9:30 and I also called day befor we came to remind him.He told… See more
