Margaret & I drove through Echota frequently over the last few decades and frequently discussed buying a cabin in this development because of the easy access, beautiful setting and closeness to all the things folks do when they come to Sevier County. We bought our first cabins five years ago. The new Convention Center and Wilderness of The Smokies Waterpark & Resort are now located across Highway 66 about 1/2 mile from the resort. We have become familiar with which cabins people prefer and when Ole Glory became available we decided it was a must for us. It was in great condition when we purchased it yet we have spent time taking care of the little things that makes each stay very special and are now ready to welcome back the folks who already love this cabin as well as anyone looking for a new place to call home while on vacation.
