I am a Como native, but I now live in NY. The cottage is managed by my mother, Carmen. Carmen was also born and raised in Como; she is a retired schoolteacher, and a licensed tour guide for the area. She found this incredible property with stunning view property while hiking one day, in 1995, and she immediately knew she wanted to live there. The chalet was built shortly after. It was originally built as a week-end home, not as a rental property, therefore no expense was spared and every detail was carefully studied. Carmen lives only 30 minutes away, and is always reachable for any needs or advice.
