As a Long Beach native, I can say this is a great area for restaurants, shopping and other neighborhood attractions. I hope you'll love living in this location in the vibrant East Village Arts District as much as I do. It's convenient to the Metro Blue Line, Long Beach Convention Center and all of downtown Long Beach, the Marina and Aquarium of the Pacific, miles of beaches and bike paths, Long Beach and LAX airports. I really enjoy living in this historic high-rise building that was formerly a Hilton Hotel; this unit with it's large expanse of windows in every room and large private terrace used to be a rooftop restaurant called the Panorama Room!
