Living in Provence is a dream for a cook. The sight and smell of fresh ingredients in the beautiful local markets, the pure and natural flavours of the vegetables and fruit - you can really taste the sun on your plate.
What we like most about the Mediterranean kitchen is not complicated recipes, but rather to enjoy simply prepared fresh ingredients like home-made pasta, tapenades and grilled fish. I have been giving cooking courses for over ten years and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you.
During the hand-on courses or table d'hotes, you will be welcome in the Orangerie where we will cook and/or enjoy meals together based on the freshest seasonal ingredients.
