I am a Haitian-French American and my husband, Carl was a Swedish American artist who bought this beautiful Malibu property in 1964 when these 10 acres were only a wasteland. Over the many years past, we turned it into a tropical paradise. I have built several beautiful rental houses and private rooms on this property. All are unique and special, and completely private.

I love to have guests stay on my beautiful property and enjoy, not only the spectacular views of the peaceful hills and ocean, and to see the artworks of my late husband all around the property, but have the option to share their travel experiences with me and come by for a glass of wine or coffee with the many artists from around the world, who come and stay here.
