My wife and I are nearing retirement and bought this property Jan, 2010 as our future residence. We have rented it off and on since then and have had a number of wonderful tenants. We have a Property Manager that lives in the Villages for any problems and is there to meet and greet upon your arrival and show you around the house. The property has everything you need to have a great vacation and there are stores nearby for whatever else you want. Just pack your clothes and come on down.
