You are renting from the owner, not a realtor or company that doesn't know the house. Owner has vacationed at this house since he was a child and knows Cape May well. This is a very well maintained home. It was renovated in 2004 with annual improvements every year since then. The best way to describe it is it is like a very well maintained Honda Accord...Nice, it's not Lexus. It's not a McMansion. It sleeps 10 in beds. There isn't a lot of extra room - we've tried to maximize what is there while keeping to the cottage feel. Ideal # is probably 8 but it can sleep 10 and when we say 10 we mean 10 in beds, not like other listings that somehow sleep a bunch of people on sleep sofas or on the floor. (Sofas are not sofa beds and the wood laminate floor wouldn't be comfortable;) We take pride in maintaining and updating the house and have many return renters who take pictures every year for the Welcome Book in the house so their kids can see themselves over the years.
