My husband and I have been traveling to Mykonos for more than 25 years. We even celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in a tiny traditional church in town surrounded by many friends. He's Greek. I'm Canadian. We live in New York and spend as much time as possible in our beloved Greece. It was always a dream of ours to one day own a home on a Greek Island. We now pinch ourselves and realize that that dream has become a reality. In the morning we rise to the most glorious uninterrupted views of the famous archeological island Delos and and it's neighboring Cycladic islands Tinos, Naxos and Paros. In the evenings we toast the best sunsets on Mykonos. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have discovered this beautiful oasis. We have all the serene peace of our home combined with all the fun activities of Mykonos town and surrounding areas when we choose. For now, we visit as often as possible. One day it will be our permanent home. That's how much we love it there!
