We are three owners who h ave been renting our home, Phat Spot on the Lake since 2003. We work with our guests to make sure there stay is a happy one. OUr house is fully furnished and we offer a great location. We have had repeat business every summer but we always look forward to helping people who are renting for the first time. We work in the area during the summer and are available if problems arise. We also work with a wonderful housekeeper. Give us a try!
