Hi, my name is John Ferrante. I live in the Poipu area and have owned this condo the last 15 years. We love the Poipu area. You will too! We purchased our condo because of the uniqueness of the property. The duplexes are polynesian in style and the property is like an island unto itself. It is low density residences surrounded by tropical gardens where each building is it's own unique position. People are very friendly and there is a fantastic pool area where visitors and owners can greet one another. There is so much to do within a few minutes drive and it is an easy walk to get anywhere in the Poipu Coastal area. Poipu Crater is truly a vacation destination unto itself. I've been managing the rental of our condo during that time and it has been a wonderful experience to share our home with so many others looking for a quality well maintained vacation home in a wonderful location.
