Owners are the family of renowned Texas landscape artist C.P. Montague. The Studio has been lovingly restored to preserve her legacy. See the rock ledge by the front door with the black lettered sign for The Palette Pad, the artist's name for her work area.

We also live on the farm, about 1/4 mile down the country lane. We have raised our family here, and our grandchildren have been raised on the farm. We absolutely love it and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to enjoy this piece of earth. We look forward to sharing it with our guests.
