Charla T.

Charla moved to the Bow Valley in 1998 after graduating from Hotel & Restaurant Management in Ontario, Canada and Vaasa, Finland. The majestic Canadian Rockies were the perfect location to put all that education into practise. After working in Food & Beverage Management at various Banff Hotels, Charla segued into Event Planning as Festivals Coordinator for The Banff Centre in 2001. The event planning career continued on the High Seas as an Event & Wedding Planner for an international cruise line, while continuing to contract as a Road Warrior with the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour (tell Charla where you're from -- she's probably been there on tour!). In 2005, she and her husband bought their first vacation rental property. Early 2006 saw the addition of a 2nd rental property. In 2008, Rockies Rentals was officially launched, and was quickly followed by the 3rd and 4th properties.
