Aloha, My name is Brandyn. I am so blessed to offer people from all around the world the chance to experience the breath taking scenery and beautiful culture of an island paradise I have called home for my entire life. My family has been in the vacation rental business for over 30 years and it all started with my grandmother Kay (hence Kay's Ali'i Vacation Rental). Now myself, my mother Brenda, my wife Kristina, and my aunt Lucy have taken over the reins and are continuing the legacy my grandmother started.

Our families journey in the vacation rental industry started with one small simple unit and slowly evolved into something special for generations to come. We now we have 3 vacation rental properties in Kailua with multiple units on each. Our goal is to offer parties of all sizes the chance to visit our island paradise without having to break their bank accounts. We have 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units for larger groups or extended family getaways. We have 1 bedroom units & large studios for our guests who are traveling with their immediate family and we also have a private rooms for those of our guests who want to get away by themselves or with their significant other to relax and enjoy our beautiful Hawaiian weather.
