My husband and myself own the home and are both available to renters for assistance. We have service people in the area who have worked for us for a long time, are trusted and are ready to respond if there is a problem.
I will explain the rental process and assist you with all aspects of your rental. You can email or call me with questions or concerns. This is my main job, and I am available during the day and evenings. We have been renting the home since 2004 and have had many happy renters.
