I'm an independent entrepreneur, 50 years old and I live in Belgium. I like to go on holidays to Thailand and I bought this new penthouse at the river as a second home.
Year purchased: 2012
The penthouse is at the top floor, 30th and 31st floor with nice views on the river in front of hotels Peninsula, Hilton Millenium, Shangri-la, Oriental etc...
The location is perfect, near the skytrain, near the river, in 10 minutes you can reach the shopping centers and the main tourist locations!
The new condominium has a nice swimming pool, gym and 24/24 H security. There is a boutique shopping mall in the building from the 1st until the 4th floor with supermarket, restaurants, coffee bar, beauty salon etc....
