As a member of the development team for Destin Gulfgate, I was the one who conceived, named, designed (floorplan and site plan), marketed and initially managed the rentals and association for Destin Gulfgate. Because I live in Destin just down the beach from Gulfgate, I have managed the rentals of Destin Gulfgate 401 myself since 1995. Because I was the designer of Destin Gulfgate, I made unit 401 unique. Besides being a prime end unit with side windows, the floor plan was designed as two private suites; the path from either bedroom to it's bathroom is behind a sliding pocket door; no need to come out into the living area to go from the bedroom to the bath room. Also unique is the double queen beds in the second bedroom. Master bath has a 6' walk-in shower and dual vanities; second bath has a 6' jacuzzi and shower head. I meet each arriving guest and aquaint them with the features of the condo. My wife and I take great pride in our rental condo and keep it in top shape.
