Tim and Moncho are neighbours who live in the same barrio as the apartments. Tim owns the cave and lives in the building above it with his 2 kids and his dog. He's from Edinburgh but has lived here for 17 years now. He works as an English teacher and translator.
Moncho owns la casita and la patronera and lives opposite the cave, in the same building as la patronera with his wife Alejandra and their 3 young daughters. Moncho runs a famous gigantic paella company and also has a restaurant available for group bookings. We are both happy to recommend bars, restaurants and generally help you have a great holiday.

I had a great time in this house in the old town of alicante. Super view and very central. Great places to go for a walk, close to the central market and most of what you want, including the beach, shopping and lots of places to eat, drink and dance :)
