I grew up in Grand Cayman, studied in the UK & USA, worked in Anguilla, returned to the island in ‘98, last year retired from a career as a telecom engineer turned chief executive, and now I'm involved in a couple of small companies here mainly serving tourist needs. My wife is a Texas native who spent many years in the airline business. We live in the 7-Mile-Beach area, and have a 2BR vacation home "Kai Kotch" in the Island Houses of Cayman Kai, very near to Rum Point Club in Grand Cayman. We rent it to visitors and we enjoy staying there occasionally too! It is fully furnished, loaded with all the amenities for a relaxing, comfortable beach-front Caribbean vacation. Guest responses to our recent renovation and upgrading have been very positive. The resort management (check-in & cleaning) is based just across the street, so they can promptly respond to guest needs. We enjoy communicating with our guests to ensure they are comfortable and well-informed before and during their stay.
